Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
PROCESSING TIME: Most products are custom order. Please be sure to check before ordering. Stocked goods ship within 2 days of receipt of payment. Made to Order goods require anywhere from 2-10 weeks to be made before shipping. Contact me by email for more details.
USA/DOMESTIC: Standard shipping on most items via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. For higher priced items Priority Mail shipping may be standard method.
INTERNATIONAL: Standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail, but some items will have higher shipping prices for more secure and/or trackable shipping, or when required by law (Registered, Priority or Express mail). All items are insured. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs and/or postal office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying, and what to expect if an item is held for payment of such fees.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: The Shipping Upgrades section has listings to cover additional expenses for Priority or Express Mail shipping. Please allow for my standard Processing time, and Convo me in advance if your item is very time sensitive to make sure what day it will ship. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: please know some country's customs rules restrict what goods can be shipped Priority or Express. If you have purchase Express or Priority but it is prohibited, you will be fully refunded, and I will contact you about other shipping options.
TIME IN TRANSIT:
*Shipping transit times are those given by the US Postal Service; they are inexact and not guaranteed. Expect delivery of US domestic shipments in 2-5 business days. International shipments arrive in anywhere from 2-4 weeks, but can take 8 weeks in some countries, so please be prepared to wait!
*Custom orders and purchases of unstocked items (note on the listing description) require approximately 10 additional business days to be made.
LOST SHIPMENTS: All shipments are insured. Contact me if your item is lost/damaged in the mail, and I will initiate a claim with the shipper/insurer, and process a refund/replacement as is deemed necessary.
Organza bags will be used for all products. Gift boxes are available if you specify.
I ship in padded envelopes to most destinations, but will often ship larger orders and International orders in a box.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your own expense within 14 days of purchase, with a description of the problem. I can repair, replace, exchange, or failing those, offer a store credit or refund for the value of the item (less shipping costs). BUT please email me in advance to discuss your problem and to alert me of the shipment. Surprises make me sad.
Customized orders are final sale, and cannot be returned.
I will repair broken pieces within 6 months of purchase for no charge (excepting your expenses return shipping it to me). After that time, repairs are subject to additional materials, labor and shipping fees.

CARE AND FEEDING:
EMBROIDERY THREAD-Please treat your pendant as you would your clothes. If something spills on your pendant, gently dab it with damp cloth and let dry. If a thread should become snagged apply a tiny amount of craft glue on your finger and dab it on the affected area and press it back into place. Let dry.
METAL- Polish the bezel with a soft cloth when needed.
